Director of School Culture and Climate is dedicated to ensuring a positive, engaging and supportive school culture and climate. Will drive a decrease in behavior incidents, an increase in student attendance and improved academic achievement, by creating a safe, stable, supportive environment in which all students can excel and align social-emotional and behavioral intervention systems to create a positive learning environment and school culture for all students.
